Coriander seeds are super versatile with their mild, sweet taste and citrusy flavours that cut through both sweet and savoury recipes.
Add to curries, soups, stews and tagines or use to complement meat and vegetables. We personally like to crush and sprinkle over sweet potatoes before roasting!
Coriander is also a powerful addition to bread, puddings, biscuits, cakes, and dumpling recipes.
