When you combine Emmer and Fava beans together you have a super-pasta; packed with nutrients, soluble and insoluble fibre, and a complete source of lean natural protein with far fewer calories than traditional pasta!
This pasta is slowly dried at a low temperature to retain all its goodness. This process happens in E11 with beans from Hodmedod’s in Suffolk.
Cooks perfectly al dente in 8 minutes.
