This decaffeinated coffee has notes of honeycomb, maple syrup and pecans. It is a blend of caturra, Castillo, Columbia, tabi and typical varietals.
The caffeine is removed using the sugarcane process, aka natural decaffeination, using molasses derived from the sugar cane. This method avoids excessive heat and pressure and ensures the beans retain their delicate flavour.
For the grind size, fine is for espresso machines. Medium is for aero press, mokapots, drip, V60 and Chemex. Coarse is for cafetière, clever dripper and cold press.
This coffee comes in a paper bag which we will soon replace with something reusable!
